Airvape Legacy Vaporizer Review

The vaporizer has been around for quite some time now.

But have you ever considered getting an Airvape Legacy as your next vaporizer?

What makes this such a great vaporizer?

Well, in short, it was great! If you can consistently get these vapors, it s great.

Airvape Legacy

While it s easy to use and master, there is also a slight learning curve when comparing to something such as the hand held vaporizers. With that said, once you have mastered the Airvape Legacy, you will wonder how you were able to without one.

Well, the answer is simple.

The vaporizers use special oils and oil concentrates. These concentrate will produce the best vapor for your particular liquid base.

There are three types of oils used in the Airvape legacy.

The first is the clear liquid concentrate, this is usually made of 100% all natural organic plant oils.

These concentrates provide a super heating effect while being a great way to retain the moisture in your herbs.

When using dry herbs, you will notice the oils start to break down as the herbs begin to wilt.

The second is the pre-heated option, which is the most popular.

This also provides a super heating effect but does not wilt the herbs as much.

The Airvape Legacy utilizes a rechargeable lithium ion battery.

The lithium-ion batteries provide a powerful charge to the batteries in just a matter of minutes. This charge is enough to keep the pre-heated option preheated for up to 90 minutes!

The third option is the temperature control.

By changing the temperature, you can truly custom tune the vapor production and taste for the perfect cup every single time. We recommend a base temp of 325 degrees Fahrenheit and then we take a reading of the temp of your device after it has heated up to that temperature. This will give you the best idea on which temperature will produce the best taste. Changing temperatures without reading your device constantly can be dangerous.

Last, but not least, the Airvape Legacy utilizes a NiCad (or nickel cadmium) rechargeable battery.

This type of battery is usually available on high end vaporizers. The NiCad is the best out of this selection due to its high energy density and high voltages. The NiCad is also capable of lasting up to four hours between recharging. As you would expect with a high quality battery, the warranty for this product is one of the longest on the market.

All of these options are very common among the vaporizers on the market today. Your Vaporizer should provide you with an easy to use heating element, a sturdy built unit, a powerful heating element, a long battery life, easy to replace batteries, and finally a high quality battery.

With all of these features, you should have no problem getting the perfect unit for your needs. Just make sure that you do some research before making your purchase.

Hopefully this article gave you a closer look at the Airvape Legacy by Apollo.

We recommend that you take some time to evaluate exactly what your needs are and find the product that fits them. While the cost may be a bit higher than most vaporizers on the market, the quality and longevity are definitely much better.

With a powerful heating element, unique lithium ion rechargeable batteries, a long life, and the best battery in the industry, we highly recommend the Airvape Legacy.

One of the best features of the Airvape Legacy is the patented Hydronic heating system.

This heating method increases vapor production and lowers resistance to heat, allowing you to get more vapor per hit. In addition to this, it has been designed to be extremely compact and lightweight. The result is extremely fast and smooth heating times, as well as a longer lasting heating time on low temperatures.

Speaking of the temperature control, the Airvape Legacy performs well overall.

We found that the vapor quality is not too hot or too cold. Instead, the vapor quality is somewhere in between. This is achieved with a great job of glass vapor path. The ceramic mouthpiece provides a great tight seal, which also helps to improve the vapor quality. The temperature control is very effective as well, providing a very consistent temperature.

The vaporizer performs very well when it comes to cleaning.

It can be easily removed for cleaning, without the need to dismantle the entire device. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase of the Airvape Legacy.

The vaporizer performs very well, is lightweight and very affordable, while being one of the most advanced and compact portable vaporizers currently on the market.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR VAPE TANK AND COIL

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO CLEAN YOUR VAPE?

electronic cigarette that needs cleaning Regular cleaning and maintenance of you vape device is important not only to help keep your vape experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible, but also to ensure that every part of you vape works as it should.

Taking your vape apart to clean it allows you to take a good look at all the important parts of your vaporizer and make sure everything looks as it should. Of course, in addition to this, a clean vaporizer simply works better than one clogged with debris and dirt.

Clogged tanks and coils mean you are not getting the same level of airflow through your device, resulting in poor cloud production and unsatisfactory inhalation.

the Residues from e-liquids can also alter the taste of your vaporizer., resulting in a bitter, burnt taste, or some pretty nasty combinations, which is the last thing you want when you’re trying an exciting new flavor for the first time!

It’s hygienic too – many of us keep our fumes in pockets, desks, or bags, which we all know are not the cleanest environments, especially for something that is going to be put in our mouth and inhaled.

When you get a new vaporizer, you may feel the inhale velvety smooth for a while, but you may find that after a month or two, the quality of your experience drops a bit.

This means it’s time to clean up!

If you are a regular vaper, you should try cleaning your vaporizer once a week, if possible. However, if you really can’t stand it, once a month will be enough to keep you vape working fairly consistently.

  • -You should keep an eye on both the vaporizer tank and the vaporizer coils, which are the parts of your vaporizer that will need regular cleaning to maintain peak performance!
  • -You should also clean your mouthpiece as regularly as possible to make sure there are no germs or bacteria in your mouth.

Fortunately, even though you should clean your vaporizer regularly, it doesn’t have to take long for everything to work at its optimum level,it’s quick and easy to clean your vaporizer with a few simple methods.

How to Clean Your Vape Tank

Vape Tank
Vape Tank

One of the most important parts of your vaporizer to clean is the vaporizer tank. Your tank is the part of the vape device that contains your e-liquid, so you really should clean it every time you refill it.

If you are swapping out the e-liquid, this makes perfect sense, after all, you really don’t want its rich tobacco flavor to be interrupted by the sweet taste of cola! As nice as they are individually, the combination isn’t exactly what you’re looking for.

However, even if you are simply refilling the same flavor, you should still clean your tank as it will prevent sticky residue from building up and ruining your vape performance.

Fill a large container with warm water and separate your tank, removing any residual e-liquid as you do so.

Take the paper out of your tank and then wash them, just like you would your dishes. If your vape looks particularly worse from wear and tear, you can add a few drops of liquid detergent to remove stubborn dirt.

Then pat dry with a paper towel and allow the parts to air dry for about 15 minutes, to make sure all the moisture has evaporated, and put the steamer back together, ready to steam again.

From time to time we recommend that you thoroughly clean it with a little alcohol to remove any remaining residue. The process is pretty similar, but instead of dipping the components, just wipe them off with a paper towel or damp cloth and heavy-duty unflavored rubbing alcohol (vodka or rubbing alcohol works great!).

If you do come across a particularly stubborn residue, keep scrubbing until everything is gone, then clean and rinse its components with warm water. Then air dry as usual and put everything back together for a clean vape.

How to Clean Your Vape Coils?

Vape Coils

Now it’s worth mentioning that you vape coils will eventually burn out and need to be replaced, no matter how well you care for them. If your coil wick has burned out or has reached the end of its life, no amount of cleaning will bring it back, but if it has only been briefly or slightly overheated, or clogged with e-liquid residue, a good cleaning can give your steam coils a new life!

If you are not sure, try operating the coil with a strong bang for a minute or so. If the discoloration seems to be improving, it’s time for a cleanup. However, if your wick remains as dark and burned as before, it is probably time to quit.

Then fill a bowl with the alcohol of your choice just enough to cover your coils.

Cover with a towel to prevent evaporation and leave it overnight, or for as long as possible. Once they have been well soaked and you can see the discoloration in the container, hold them under a hot tap for a few minutes again to remove any final residue, and then rinse in a container of distilled water.

Finally, blow through your coils or point a hair dryer on low medium heat to remove any excess water and allow to air dry until completely dry.

It’s as simple as that!

Just a few steps and a little alcohol will help keep your vaporizer in the best possible shape, so you get the most out of your chosen vaporizer device.

HOW TO CLEAN MY VAPORIZER

Cleaning your vaporizer often allows the device to work like the first day. Find out how and why to clean different types of vaporizers, such as herbal vaporizers, concentrates, and pen-type vaporizers.

If you’ve recently started using a vaporizer, your hits will still be smooth and delicious. But give it a month or two, and the quality of the steam could drop considerably. Cleaning your vaporizer frequently will prevent this common problem from ruining your experience. In addition to ensuring better performance and taste, good cleaning also prolongs the life of the device. Keep reading this complete guide on how to clean a vaporizer.

WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO CLEAN THE VAPORIZER?

The vaporizers provide a much more hygienic and purer compared to cannabis smoking experience. Since vaporization does not burn the weed, no smoke is produced, and therefore there are far fewer harmful substances than when smoking.

But, although vaping is much more hygienic than smoking, this does not mean that the vaporizer does not get dirty over time. Like when we smoke with a pipe or bong, sticky residue builds up – although it may be more slowly and less noticeably.

And as with other smoking devices, there are several reasons why you should clean your vaporizer periodically.

1. BETTER PERFORMANCE AND TASTE

The more you use the vaporizer, the more debris will stick to the various parts of the device, which will end up blocking the heating chamber and could adhere to important parts such as heating elements. This will have a negative effect on the performance of your vaporizer, and will result in a bad taste. Clean your vaporizer frequently and you can enjoy better performance and taste.

2. EXTENDS THE LIFE OF THE DEVICE

When important parts of the vaporizer are covered in a sticky mixture of resin and plant material that is not cleaned frequently, it can drastically reduce the life of the device. Even worse, it could damage it irreparably. Periodic cleaning is the best solution to be able to enjoy your vaporizer for years.

3. CLEANER VAPOR IS HEALTHIER

In addition to affecting the vaporizer’s taste and performance, excess residue is an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and other microorganisms such as mold. These potentially harmful intruders can cause irritation and respiratory problems, which could lead to other, more serious health problems over time.

WHEN TO CLEAN YOUR VAPORIZER

There are two ways to clean a vaporizer. One of them is daily after each use. It is very easy to do and only takes a couple of minutes.

The other way is to do a thorough cleaning every 1-2 weeks. This is also recommended when changing varieties, or going from bud to concentrates / liquids or vice versa. After a thorough cleaning, you can start vaping with a clean device and no old remains.

HOW TO PERFORM A DAILY CLEANING.

Your steamer should come with a small brush for routine cleaning. If not, you will have to buy a brush like the ones that come with electric razors. Make sure the bristles are stiff, so you can remove stubborn residue. Cotton swabs and pipe cleaners also work.

Empty the herb chamber and use your brush or pipe cleaners to remove accumulated plant material and other debris. If the steamer has filters or screens, give them a good brush.

After cleaning the heating chamber and filter, use the pipe cleaner to clean the mouthpiece.

Finish your daily cleaning by wiping an alcohol wipe over the mouthpiece and outside of the steamer.

As simple as that.

HOW TO DO A DEEP CLEANING

• DRY HERB VAPORIZER

dry herb vaporizer

To thoroughly clean a dry herb vaporizer, such as the Boundless CFC Lite, begin by carefully disassembling the device. Although herb vaporizers may differ depending on the model or brand, they usually have common parts, such as the mouthpiece, battery, heating chamber, etc.

Be sure to check the manual for the vaporizer, as they usually have instructions for disassembling the device.

Shake and tap each piece to remove trapped plant material. Next, use the cleaning brush or a pipe cleaner to remove any residue. Pay special attention to the herb chamber and the mouthpiece, two essential parts for the proper functioning of the vaporizer.

If the weed chamber has a filter, take it out and brush it. A clogged filter is the most common reason for poor performance and a bad taste.

After cleaning with the brush, use 99% isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab or pipe cleaner to clean the herb chamber, filters, and mouthpiece. The rubbing alcohol will get rid of stubborn stains and accumulated residue.

Tip: If any part of the steamer is very dirty and cannot be cleaned well, let it soak in alcohol for about 20-30 minutes. Then rinse it off with water and dry it with absorbent paper. This works especially well for things like heavily clogged filters, and makes them sparkle like new.

Take the battery out of the device and brush it, as well as your camera. As a final step, reassemble the vaporizer and wipe the outside.

• CONCENTRATE VAPORIZER

Cleaning Hybrid Devices or Vaporizers

Hybrid Devices or Vaporizers

Cannabis concentrates are especially sticky, so cleaning devices like the Puffco Plus or hybrid vaporizers like the Fenix is very important. Concentrate residue can be stubborn enough, but not so stubborn that you can’t get rid of it with a little rubbing alcohol and a few cotton swabs.

Consult the manual of your vaporizer and disassemble the different parts for cleaning. Pull out the nozzle and open the heating chamber. Take a cotton swab or pipe cleaner and dip one end in rubbing alcohol. Be very careful when cleaning the heating chamber of a concentrate vaporizer. This chamber contains a heating coil, a very delicate part that can easily break if too much pressure is applied.

Clean the heating chamber with a cotton swab.

If necessary, use another swab and continue cleaning until no residue remains. Once the camera is ready, clean the mouthpiece. Make sure to also clean other parts of the vaporizer such as the glass tubes, filters, and wire screens, if you have them (if some parts are very sticky, clean them separately with an alcohol wipe or soak in alcohol for half time).

Then open the battery compartment, take it out and clean it carefully. Wait a few minutes for the alcohol to evaporate and reassemble the vaporizer.

• PEN VAPORIZER

PEN VAPORIZER
PEN VAPORIZER

If you have a pen vaporizer like the Storm, here’s how to clean it:

Start by gently tapping the device to detach and remove any remaining grass that may have stuck. Do this on a tabletop, as some pen vaporizers may contain small parts that can be easily lost. Open the device as the instructions indicate to be able to access all its parts.

Take the brush that comes with the steamer, or use a pipe cleaner, to clean the inside of the appliance. If your device has a removable heating chamber, take it out and clean it separately.

With pen vaporizers it is very important to clean the threads, as they often contain plant material and other types of residue. Dip a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol. Take the heating chamber, turn it over, and clean the threaded end with the cotton swab. When you have passed it several times, turn the swab over and dry the thread with the other end. With the help of more swabs, clean the rest of the threads of the device.

Now comes the part that can most influence your vaporizer to work perfectly. Gently remove any glass or metal filters and soak them in a glass of rubbing alcohol for 20-30 minutes.

Then wipe them with a cloth and let them dry. They will be like new. Finally, reassemble the vaporizer. It should work like the day you bought it.
